My Approach to Therapy
I truly believe that every client should feel comfortable in the relationship with their therapist, as this is such an important part of psychotherapy.
My approach is Integrative Transpersonal Therapy, which means I can work with a variety of different tools to suit each person. I believe that a thorough grounding in this approach enhances my work at a deeper level, aiming to reach the roots of current problems, promoting long-term personal growth.
I use a range of therapeutic approaches. These include: Humanistic, CBT, Psychodynamic (early life), Existential Perspectives, and Creative Imagination Techniques (visualisation and drawings). I draw on these theories to offer each client their own unique requirements.
I also work with the Police Firearms Officers Association.
You do not have to be in a crisis to benefit from psychotherapy. Anyone who wants to understand themselves and their life will gain a great advantage in attending sessions.
